SECONDARY SCHOOLS.

REPRESENTATIVE HONOURS. At the conclusion of the New Zealand secondary schools hockey tournament held, in Auckland last week, Mr H. Watts, of Auckland, a wellknown hockey enthusiast, selected a New Zealand secondary schools representative team. Three members of the Palmerston North Boys’ High School eleven secured -places, these being B. V. Kyle (centre forward), j. Mummery (left wing) and Rj Adcock (left half). Three members of the Auckland Grammar School eleven also secured places, and the remaining five players are all from different schools. In a game against a team of coaches and umpires, the school'eleven were beaten bv 2 goals to 1.
