JAPANESE DEMANDS.
RIGHTS IN INDO-CHINA. Received August 13, 12.10 p.m. MANILA, Aug. 12. The United Press correspondent returning from Hanoi states that the Japanese demands on Indo-China include permission- to transport troops and supplies over the Haiphong-Kum-ning railway, the construction of a radio station at Hanoi to enable the Japanese mission to keep in contact with Tokio, the expulsion of Chinese •who have lived in the country for fewer than ten years, and a reduction of tariffs and, taxes for the Japanese firms to be established in IndoChina.
