RUMANIA YIELDS.
LAND FOR BULGARIA.
BUCHAREST, Ang. 10. Rumania and Bulgaria are reported to have reached an agreement regarding Southern Dobruja. It involves the cession of a large strip of territory to Bulgaria and the exchange of populations. The Rumanian Government has enacted three anti-Jewish decrees as a form oi appeasement for the Iron Guard, which is opposing the surrender of territory. The Budapest radio announces that Bulgaria and Hungary have concluded a cultural agreement.
