Approval of the principle of continuing to hold agricultural shows during the war was given by the Horowhenua A. and IJ.1 J . Association at a meeting of its general committee, but it was decided that the 1941 fixture should be confined to one day and a night show. In the past the show has extended over two days, concluding with a night show.
