FRENCH COLONIES.
RALLY TO DE GAULLE. Received August 10, 1.50 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 9. The leader of the "free” Frenchmen, General de Gaulle, has announced that the New Hebrides is the first French colonial Administration to officially range itself under the “free” French flag, it is believed the New Caledonians will probably soon emulate the example of the New Hebrides, they have already passed a resolution disowing the vacillating Governor. Lord Gort gave a luncheon to General de Gaulle, says a British Official Wireless report.
