FREE ITALIANS. REMARKABLE MANIFESTO. Received August 10, 9.20 a.m. CAIRO, Aug. 9. “The Committee of Action of Free Italians in Egypt” has koued a manifesto supporting Britain and dissociating itself from the evil deeds of the Italian Government. “We claim the honour of fighting in the army of H:e Britannic Majesty—a fearless, irreproachable knight who refuses to lay down his arms and swears to win or die,” adds the statement.
