BULLS.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) BULLS, Aug. 9. On Wednesday evening members of the Defence Rifle Club and the Miniature Rifle Club combined to honour Private R. L. McKenzie, who is a member of the Third Echelon, and is at present home on leave. Mr K. W. Dalrvmplc, president of the Defence Bifle Club", handed an inscribed wristlet watch’ to Private McKenzie, and wished him well. Mr C. M. Broughton spoke for the Miniature Rifle Club, and said that no doubt Private McKenzie’s ability with both large and small rifles would make him an invaluable soldier. His team-mates, Air Broughton said, hoped to sec him back again before long.
