IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.
INOPPORTUNE AT PRESENT. Received August 9. 10.50 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 8. The Dominions Secretary (Lord Cab decote) in the House of Lords, said the Government felt that the present momnt was inopportune for inviting Dominion Ministers to London for an Imperial War Conference, but it would' certainly welcome such discussions if occasion offered.
