MILITARY STAFF PERSONNEL
AN R.S.A. PROTEST. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 0. At a meeting of the R.S.A. executive it was stated that apparently fit men were employed on staff duties at various headquarters camps throughout the Dominion. They comprised officers, non-commissioned officers and othei ranks who bad enlisted and had been allocated duties which could very well be undertaken by returned soldiers. It "was suggested that headquarters of the R.S.A. be asked to make representations to the War Cabinet.
