NOT TO SUPPLY GERMANY. Received August o. 10.50 a.ni. LONDON, Aug. 4. The correspondent of the American Associated Press at Vichy says the Minister of Industrial Production (M. Belin) said that if the French war industries in the occupied area were working for Germany they were acting contrary to the wishes of the Petain Government. “Such factories are in a position to open operations, hut they will hot begin to manufacture war materials if we have anything to say about it,” he declared.
