RUMANIAN IRON GUARD. “NO SURRENDER” STAND. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Convright.l BUCHAREST, Aug. 3. Members of the Iron Guard secretly distributed throughout the country 10,000 “No surrender” pamphlets, saying the Rumanians had been deceived from the outside and from the.inside. They urge the people not to renounce the right to think and speak or to surrender one inch of the country.. An Athene message says the Prime Minister (General Metaxas) in a speech, said Greece remained neutral and was convinced that every State would recognise her good faith and respect her neutrality. . Italy is reported to be having difficulty with Albanian tribesmen, reports a London message An Italian battalion suffered 100 casualties and lost material as a result of an ambush in central Albania, arid the Italians burnt three Albanian villages as a reprisal. In another incident a colonel was killed. . Ankara reports that Turkey and Yugoslavia have signed a protocol considerably extending their commercial exchanges.
