BASKETBALL.
TEAM VISITS NAPIER. A basketball team from the Palmerston North Girls’ High School journeyed to Napier on Saturday to take, part in an inter-club tournament arranged by the Napier Basketball Association. The members, who were accompanied by Aties F. .Ross, acquitted themselves creditably, being runnersup with ]3pts to the 14pts of the winners. They won six of their eight games and drew one.
