MONETARY AGREEMENT.
(British Official Wireless.) * . RUGBY,-June,l4. \ tripartite monetary agreement has been signed between Britain. France, and the Netherlands. Under the .agreement the official exchange rate between the Netherlands East Indies, guilder and the pound sterling is fixed at 7.60 guilders to the pound. Arrangements are also made on the same basis in relation to the currency of the West Indies.
