POWERS IN CHINA.
NANKING REQUEST. SHANGHAI, June 13. The Nanking Central Political Council has passed a resolution that the Government demand 1 that European belligerent Powers immediately withdraw their troops and warships from China and also that China should retaliate -if the belligerents infringe China’s sovereignty. The Japanese army authorities say they killed 18,000 Chinese in the Ichang drive.
