SOARING PRICES. ■Received June 15. 11.40 a.m. LONDON, June 14. Italy’s entry into the war gave, a flesh fillip to the rising prices trend in the uncontrolled commodity markets. Tin and rubber quotations have reached wartime records. There are restrictions on the transactions •on the Cotton Exchange, ;and investors continue to ignore repeated recommendations for commodity shares. The Stock Exchange generally presents a firm front. Gilt-edged securities have maintained their strength, but the foreign bond market has suffered, Italian bonds slumping- heavily;-
