JAPANESE WARNING.
COMPLAINTS AGAINST POWERS. TOKIO, June 13. The Navy vice-spokesman (Captain Okuma) to-day warned that Japan cannot overlook the report, if true, that British troops arc moving eastward, also that Dutch patrols fired on Japanese fishing-boats. Captain Okuma' further warned the French that they must expect drastic Japanese action if they persist in transporting war supplies via IndoChina to Chungking. He added: “The French are trying to conceal their actions whereas similar traffic is openly proceeding marked ‘Explosives, dangerous,’ via Burma.” ; He said that some Americans are advocating a friendly sentiment toward Japan, but “it is clear as day that the Japanese will not be ill a responsive mood unless America opens her eyes to realities in the Far East, and co-operates with Japan in the construction of a new order in East Asia, bv abandoning her past foreign policy.” "
