A large crowd outside Buckingham Palace yesterday watched the changing of the guard ceremony in which two Canadian Regiments took part. The 22nd Royal Regiment, which took over the guard of the Palace on Wednesday was relieved by the Toronto Scottish, of ‘which regiment the Queen is Colo-ncl-in-Cliief. Tho Takaro Table Tennis Club will hold a handicap tournament for its opening night, to-night, at the clubrooms, tho A. and P. Hall (upstairs) front entrance in Cuba Street. Last year the tournament ' Proved a great success and it is anticipated I that intending members and members of | kindred clubs will be present in full : strength to-night.
