INDISCRIMINATE BOMBINGS. (British Official Wireless.) Received February 22. 11.20 a.m. RUGBY. Feh. 21 The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr R. A. Butler), in the House of Commons, said that, although the British Government was aware that Soviet air forces had pursued a policy of indiscriminate bombing, which could not he too strongly condemned, it did not intend to lodge any protest, having no grounds to believe that such an action would achieve the result desired.
