HEALTH STAMPS.

(To the Editor.) Sir, —May i bo permitted, on behalf of the local Health Camp Committee, to appeal to citizens of Eeilding and district to assist the funds of the Manawatu executive by purchasing health stamps during the next low days, advice having been received that the current issue of stamps will be withdrawn from sale on the 29th 'instant. The Otaki Camp, which is the one used by children from this district, is doing a”wonderful work—batches of 100 children being accommodated every six weeks. The camp is maintained entirely from funds subscribed voluntarily and from the proceeds of stamp sales, and the committee appeals with confidence to local people to assist in the manner suggested.— I am, etc., T. L. SEDDON, Mayor.
