LATE MR R. D. SPRAGGON.
The death occurred at Palmerston North recently of Mr Ralph D. Spraggon, of Dahlia Street, a resident of the city, for several years past. Unfortunately, in the obituary notice published last evening Mr: Spraggon’s Christian names were incorrectly inserted as those of his sen, Air Edward G, who is well-known-in’ musical circles in’ Palmerston Nortli and is now engaged in commercial activities in Dunedin. At the meeting of the Palmerston North Townswomen’s Guild, yesterday, sympathy was accorded Mrs K. D. Spraggon in the death of her husband. The president (Airs A. E. Alansford) remarked that Airs Spraggon was a valued member of the executive and that her son also assisted the guild in many ways.
