MAIL BAG ROBBERY.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Sept. 23. In connection with the theft of £3OO from the mail bags on the South Express on Thursday, the bag which contained the money has been found on the railway track near Otokia. Some portion of the stolen money was in £5 notes, but the bulk was in £1 and 10s notes. The police seek to contact all the passengers travelling in the last two carriages of the train at the time of the theft.
