SAD FATALITY.
Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Aug. 17. AA'hen Airs Frew, a widow, aged 61. was seeing a relative away by the express at seven o’clock this morning, she failed to hear the warning bell and did not leave the carriage until the train had started to move. AA’hen stepping, to the platform she fejl between the' carriages and was severely injured, succumbing later.
