FRESH INSTRUCTIONS.
SENT TO AMBASSADOR. LONDON, July 17. Fresh instructions have l>een sent to the British Ambassador in Moscow (Sir William Seeds), stated the Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) in the House of Commons to-day. He added that he was not yet in a position to add to recent statements with reference to the negotiations with the Soviet Union for a security pact.
