CZECHS IGNORE ORDERS.
CONCERN IN BERLIN. BERLIN. June S. Strained relations between the Czechs and the Gorman authorities in Prague, and tho frequent ignoring of German official orders by the Czechs, are now causing serious concern at the German Foreign Office. For days past officials of the Foreign Office have been conferring with M. Chvalkovsky, (former Czecho-slo-vakian Foreign Minister) who is now the Czech representative in Berlin. Tt is rumoured that M. Chvalkovsky will go to Prague soon to review the situation with the Protector Bohemia and Moravia (Baron Aon Ncuratli). It. is rumoured that Mr Chvalkovsky is Threatening to resign. Tho Gestapo (German police) describes the reports that Dr. Ivan Sekamtia, a prominent Czech lawyer, has been shot in Berlin, as an “invention.” No reports about Dr Schauma s whereabouts, however, are available. Dr Sekanina was charged by the Nazis with complicity in a plot to assassinate Herr Hitler, and with having communicated with foreign Powers.
