RICH GOLD STRIKE,
FIND AT KALGOORLIE.
KALGOORLIE, July 17.
A father and son named Carrott, who are working a small lease called “Morley’s Find,’’ outside Kalgoorlie, struck a rich patch, when 12cwt. of stone yielded 1727 ounces of gold, worth £15,000.
The Carrotts last year obtained £II,OOO worth of gold from the sale of a lease.
