CLAIM FOR GOODS
IMPORT CONTROL CASE. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, July 17With the Collector of Customs as defendant. a claim by C. C. Ward, Ltd., a New Plymouth firm of drapers, lor possession of goods or their value, £lB4 18s 4d, will, it is understood, be called in the Magistrate’s Court to-morrow. The goods are held by the department on the ground that an import license is required for them.
