Sir.—l understand that there is a, movement in Dunedin and Wellington to provide a suitable memorial to the late Sir Trilby King, a man to whom tlie Dominion owes a heavy debt oi gratitude for his efforts on behalf ol the young children in the Dominion which have been so markedly successful. 1 should he glad if you would make some enquiries as to what is !>eing done,, and if you consider it ad visahlc to open a list for Palmerston North. .1 consider that even a Is sub seription amongst the women of this town should produce something substantial.—Yours faithfully ILS.A.
