During; the week-end the ladies’ team from tlio Buckley CJolf Club, Shannon, v Cited tlio Oroua Downs 1 radios’ Club tlio nuit(.‘it resulting 1 in a win for Oroua Downs by a margin of six games. Christensen carried off the consolation prize for the men while Mi.-s L. Chrislcnoen won the ladies’ consolation prize. The Bulls ladies’ basketball team visited the Oroua Downs team on Wednesday afternoon and, although it was a rather wot dav, the Bulls ladies won l»v 12 goals to 11.
