RESTITUTION ORDERS.
l’er Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 8. Entire agreement with the recent pronouncement of the Chief Justice, Rt. Hon. Sir Michael Myers, that he intended to lix a longer period than had been usual within which orders for restitution of conjugal rights could lie complied with, was expressed in the Supreme Court by His Honour Sir John Reed, who, in granting orders to-day, fixed the period at a month, three months, and four months, according to the circumstances of the cases. Ho commented in one of the cases that the parties had only been married in August last.
