Last, Saturday a medal round was played by the ladies of the Hauinai Golf dub, the winners being Miss l“. MacDonald and Miss Muldroek. To-morrow a Stublcford bogey will he played, the draw being; Mrs Clapham and Miss A. MacDonaul, Mrs D._ Calmer and Mrs Short, Mrs Innes and Miss N. MacDonald, Miss Jonson and Mrs Cody, Miss I’. MacDonald and Mrs Grove, Miss Smart and Mrs It. MacDonald, Mrs J. MacDonald and partner, Miss Brooking and Miss Muldroek, Miss Sinclair and Mrs W. Smart, Miss Clapham and Miss Watson, Mrs IT. Smart and Miss Howell, Miss Trass and Mrs Bradley. Miss Balmer and Miss Bockett. Last week-end’s flag competition for the men was won by W. Gibb with two strokes in band after 18 holes, B. Clapham and W. Smart being rnnncrsnp with one stroke in hand. I.ast Monday, a four-hall bogey was played. The best cards hAided in were; C. Spelman and IT. Smart, 3 up; G. Bailey and Ti. Smart. 2 np. A match on the Kimbolton links has been arranged for June 17.
