'f ho distinction of winning the eliee.se championship at the National Dairy Show this year has been attained by the Wcstmcro Dairy Company. “There was an increase in the number of exhibits staged for judging this year,” state the judges- “The quality generally was up to llie standard oi previous shows, the winning exhibits being exceptionally good. Although most cheese were free from mechanical openness, many showed evidence of slitly and shattered texture. The flavour, with few exceptions, was satisfactory.
