Mrs 'Wright led the devotions at the monthly meeting of the Podding branch of the AY.C.T.U. on Wednesday afternoon, quoting from Psalm 123. Tt was reported that at a meeting held at Makino two now members had joined the organisation, while three women in Eeilding had done likewise. A visit to Podding had liecn paid by Lho Dominion organiser (Miss Appleby). who had been welcomed bv Airs Spence. Miss Appleby had addressed members.
