A QUIET PERIOD. Little change was seen yesterday in the Wellington stock and share mar- ) ket, which ren ined dull and featureless. Tho turnover was swollen by the ’ sale of two parcels of 3i per cent. 5 inscribed stock, 1930-4.3, totalling 1 £41.225. Apart from this, Government stocks were quiet and unchanged. There was little doing in hanks, which were steady where quoted. 15.5. and A’s were reported done lute on Tuesday 3d up at 100 s. Unions were traded at £B.
