ANNUAL DANCE. There was an excellent attendance at R'e annual dance of the Business >nls Club, held in hte Cosmopolitan Hall, last evening, and the excellent arrangements, made hv the enthusiastic committee, ensured the enjoyment of everyone. r J he stage was charmingly decorated with tall baskets of spindleberry and hydrangeas. Regret was expressed at the absence of the president (ATrs Af. H. Oram), who is indisposed. The patroness, Airs A. E. Mnnstord, was the chaperone, wearing prune marocain with contrasting corsage and fur cape. Vice-presi-dents in attendance were Airs AY. T. Boyal, in black taffeta, the short puff sleeves appliqued with flora] satin ; Airs F. ,J. Nathan, black and floral crope-de-ehine, mink coat; Aliss J. A oung, redingotc and shot violet velvet bordered with fox fur over violet satin beaute; Airs L. Al. Day, ' black and white figured marocain; Aliss Grant, red earth lace. Committee members responsible for, the arrangements were tile energetic j secretary. Aliss D. Newth, who were coral pink floral chiffon, and her assistant, Aliss J. Ladyman, in brocaded satin with quilted hem, also Afiss D. Alitcholl, lilac crepe romnino; Aliss O. Bates, pink angelskin lace: Aliss N. Carruthors. pink lace, with socpiin bolero; Aliss V.
