POLICE RESERVES.
FOR SOUTH-WEST AFRICA. Received April 18, 11 a.m. JOHANNESBURG, April 17. The first police reserves have gone to South-west Africa. The total will be 200. A special train is following the reserves, carrying machine-guns, armoured cars and a month’s rations.
