THRONE ACCEPTED.
BRILLIANT CEREMONY. Received April 17, 11.25 a.m. ROME, April 16. King Victor Emmanuel accepted the throne of Albania at a brilliant ceremony in the Throne Room where he received the Albanian delegation headed by the new Premier (Sheikat Verlack).
