PACIFIC TALKS.
SECRECY MAINTAINED. Representatives of the British, Australian and New Zealand Governments continued in Wellington on Saturday their discussions on Pacific defence and related problems. A police guard was maintained over the conference room during the week-end. The following official statement was issued at the conclusion of Saturday’s proceedings: “The conference reassembled at 10 a.m. and continued consideration of its agenda. At 12.30 p.m. the conference adjourned till 10 a.m. on Monday.”
