BUT “WITH DEEPEST REGRET.” Received March 29, 8.5 a.m. SYDNEY, March 28. Press interviewers were by the Czech Consul-General (Dr. E. Kveton) that the handing over of the Consulate-General to the German Con-sul-General (Dr. Asmis) was carried out amicably, but so far as he was concerned, with the deepest regret.
