He was found guilty on all charges and given suspended sentence of five days. He was fined 500 francs on the first tTiroe charges and five francs for drunkenness. NEW DELHI. March 28. The legislative Assembly lias refused approval for the Indian-British trade agreement by 59 votes to 47. The Moslem League Party abstained from voting. TOKTO. March 28. Under' intense artillery cover the Japanese are fiercely attacking AY lining. Other forces are heading toward Knoan, 45 miles south-west of Nanchang. which is burning fiercely in accordance with the “scorched earth” policy.
