CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION? Received March 29, 10.5 a.nt WINDHOEK, March 28. The Legislature is icquesting the Union Government to amend the Constitution of South-West Africa tu enfranchise women. The Deutscher Bund representative (Herr Meinert) opposed the proposal on the grounds that Germans would thereby lie placed in such a minority that it would not he worthwhile to contest any constituency.
