SHOP WINDOWS GASHED. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, slarc-h 27. Some time during the week-end an act of vandalism was committed in the main street, practically every shop window having the plate glass scratched by a diamond or glass-cut-ter. In some cases the marks were slight, but in others a deep gash was made
