SUIT AGAINST FATHER.
DAUGHTF.R’S ALLEGATIONS. Received March 28, 5.5 a.m. LOS ANGELES, March 26. Miss Diane Rubini, aged 22. daughter of Mr Jan Rubini by his first marriage, has filed a suit for 20,000 dollars against Mr Rubini and his former wife, Adelc. Miss Diane Rubini alleges that when she visited Mr Rubini’s home seeking an alimony cheque for her mother, Mrs Adele Rubini jumped upon her and struck her on the face and body. Mr Rubini then closed the door, it is alleged, preventing her escape, and struck her down. The claim includes 150 dollars for medical fees.
