NEW SWIMMING RECORD.
Received March 28, 8.5 a.m. NEW YORK, March 26. Richard Hough, of Princeton, today swam 200 yards in breaststroke style in 2min 22sec. ( a world record.
The previous record for the same distance was established by another American, K. Kasley, in 1936. His time was half a second slower than the now record.
