“COPPINS” NOW FOR SALE. LONDON, March 13. The Governor-General, designate of Australia, the Duke of Kent, is selling “Coppins,” his gabled, greenshuttered country house at Ivor, Buckinghamshire, before he leaves for Australia. “Coppins” comprises 15 acres of grounds, and was bequeathed to the Duke by his aunt, the Princess Victoria, in 1935. The Duke and Duchess were very fond of their home, and made extensive changes in the gardens and the grounds, including the planning of a magnificent colour blaze of daffodils, narcissi, and tulips, which they will j enjoy for the last time this spring.
