TIN QUOTA FIXED.
OVER-EXPORTS DISCUSSED.
LONDON, March 23,
The International Tin Committee has fixed tho quota for tho second quarter of 1939 at 40 per cent. ,of tho standard tonnages. The committee discussed tho question of existing over-exports, and rnado arrangements for their liquidation. The next meeting will bo on April 27 at The Hague.
