DICKENS.—On March 23, 1939, at a private hospital, Marton, Mary Ann Louisa, widow of Alfred Dickens, late of Pongaroa; aged 58 years.
MeKENNA.—On March 24, 1939, at his late residence, 692 Main Street, Palmerston North, Kenneth Gordon McKenna, son of the late Ensign George McKenna, V.C. ; aged 81 years. Private interment.—Wm. It. Kells and Son, Ltd., Funeral Directors.
