CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE.
SUSPENDED RY MR GANDHI

Mr Gandhi has ordered the suspension of civil disobedience at Travancore, which had been arranged to begin on March 25. Mr Gandhi adds that in thinking out its now orientation, civil disobedience must have quiet for it. This could be produced only by suspending disobedience wherever he was guiding. Also the princes should be given the opportunity of thinking out their course free from the burden of dealing with civil resistance.
