Inquiries At Trentham. The only inquiry held by the judicial committee of the Wellington Pacing Chib on Saturday was into some crowding going out of the straight in the Champion Hack Cup, when Capricious lost her position. After hearing the evidence of A. Messervy, the rider of Capricious; B. if. Morris, the rider of Mataroa; and C. T. Wilson, the rider of Wild Talk, the committee was satisfied that the crowding was accidental. The adjourned inquiry into the interference met with by Kakaiianga and other horses early in the Kailway Handicap on the first day was concluded with a similar finding.
