TREATY REPUDIATED.

The Foreign Under Secretary (Mr Butler) said to-day that Germany had completed the fortification of Heligoland. Herr Hitler’s action in this respect was a repudiation of the Versailles Treaty.
Heligoland is an island in the North "Sea belonging to Germany.
