SHISKAK’S MUMMY FOUND.

King Farouk officially opened the sarcopTiagus found near Tams (the Biblical Zoan) by Professor Monlet, ol Strasbourg University. It was ascertained the mummy was not that ol King Psotiseenes, ' reputedly one of Kin*' Solomon’s fathers-in-law, who owned flic tomb, but of the preceding King Shiskak.
In the Book of Kings, chapter 14. it is recorded that Shiska.k. King of Egypt, in the fifth year of King Rohoboam’s reign, sacked Jerusalem and took away all its treasures.
